This database offers a facility to obtain lists of the substrates of protein kinases and vice versa of the protein kinases, which phosphorylate a substrate. Access to this kinase substrate database is free and without any obligation. The database covers human, rat and mouse and some of their pathogens.
Whenever possible I have provided additional information, such as the phosphorylation sites, accession numbers and some technical comments.
The information has been published in peer reviewed journals and is as reliable as the science behind it. I am trying to find as many substrates of each kinase as possible, but I do not warranty that any of the lists contains all known substrates.

The database will be regularly updated and extended.
